Within days of the challenge you soon realise how much of your day you actually dedicate to yourself. Why am I doing this challenge? It's hard not to answer this question without getting raw. To be honest the last year I had dedicated myself entirely on trying to be the picture perfect mother. I threw all my hobbies and things I was passionate about aside to collect dust so that I could dedicate myself into trying to be a person whom others kept telling me I should be. What happens when you throw your pass...
